Refund and Returns Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all Stores operated under stores.inlinepromotions.com.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, branded products, clearance items, and digital or downloadable goods are not eligible for return.
  • Process: To request a return, email sales@inlinepromotions.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered based on product availability.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
