The manor stables are nice, warm and cozy. The stable boy with his hay fork has almost all the chores to do here. He mucks out, he feeds and groom the horses and takes them to the smith for shoeing. But even though he is kept rather busy – he still finds time for mischief. Matron often has to scold him.
